Cardiac Care Alliance may send non-marketing SMS messages related to healthcare operations, including appointment reminders, care coordination updates, program notifications, and other service-related communications.
SMS Consent
Patients may opt in to receive SMS communications verbally, through intake forms, or through other consent methods approved by Cardiac Care Alliance.
Verbal Opt-In Script
“Cardiac Care Alliance can send you text messages related to appointment reminders, care coordination updates, program notifications, and service-related communications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is not required to receive services. Do you agree to receive these text messages?”
If a patient agrees, Cardiac Care Alliance records the patient’s SMS consent in its systems. Patients may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
